I’ve had two experiences. First time i witnessed the woman at the front be so rude to someone on the phone and hang up. Yelling and making them feel dumb essentially over the phone , raising her voice. She was very unprofessional. The second time over a year later my husband decided to book with them. I warned him the woman up front at the desk was so rude from the incident i had witnessed. He was skeptical so he made the appointment. They originally had it for 4 on Friday then calls the next day and tells him his appointment had been rescheduled to 2 o clock and that was the last we heard from them. So we arrive on time and she starts claiming he called and said he’d cancel the whole appointment and she cannot see him. Of course we are confused asking are you sure because we never received a call or ever said anything of the sort. She was so rude and very unprofessional instead of maybe seeing if something was wrong on her end or simply explaining she completely shut everything down immediately. Cut him off started raising her voice and even turned towards my brother in law accusing him of answering the phone and canceling the appointment. She was like it was a β€œMexican i talked

Dr. Patal is absolutely amazing. So kind, friendly, and gentle. I had my 1st appointment here for a tooth extraction, I felt like I was talking to a friend and she removed the tooth beautifully. What a great dentist and beautiful soul. Best dental experience in 42 yrs

Dr. Patel filled a cavity for me in my front tooth. She was amazing. I have severe medical anxiety and don’t like any type of medicine. She filled the cavity for me with the request that no numbing agent was used. She gave me a break when I needed one and allowed my husband to come back only because I couldn’t calm down. I went to Blue Plum dental, who kicked me out due to my anxiety. So, I chose to go to Johnson City Dental instead, knowing my insurance wouldn’t cover their services. Dr. Patel took care of my health even when it was hard on her. She did the same for husband who has had to have 2 tooth extractions due to a broken tooth. I would gladly choose to pay 100% out of pocket to go here than somewhere that accepts my insurance.

Broke the side of my tooth on the afternoon of Good Friday. Called over 50 places and no one was opened or would get me in for an emergency. Called Johnson City Dental and they so kindly were willing to stay late to get me in. They were very kind, thorough, and took their time to ensure I was happy with the filling before I left. Thank you so much Johnson City Dental! 100% recommend!

I woke up on a Friday and everything was normal, about 20 mins after I woke up, there was this weird "pop" in my mouth and the most excruciating pain I've ever felt, I immediately started crying and knew I had to do something quick. I called around to several dentists but none had same day appointments until I called Johnson City Dental. When speaking to the front desk lady, I was really struggling with my words threw my tears, she was very empathetic, and patient with me (of course that made me cry harder) She was able to get me in at 2:30 and this was at 11, she told me to stay by the phone just incase they had a cancelation, they didn't but it was kind of her to put me in next. I got there and filled out my paperwork which was very quick, I was there for about 30-45 mins before I got to the back where I saw Dr. Niliam Patel. I will also say I did not brush my teeth or even change out of my PJs for this appointment as I was in so much pain. I apologized to her for not brushing and looking like a hot mess, she placed her hand on my shoulder and looked at me and said "Don't be sorry, I know how painful it can be, I am not here to judge you I am here to help you" I felt a sense of r
